Cool Auto UK was established in 2005, to fulfil a need for a high quality and affordable service. While researching the market, we noticed an opportunity for a mobile air conditioning specialist to serve our clients needs anywhere they choose, home or work.
We are based in North Shields, Tyne & Wear (close to Newcastle upon tyne) and cover an area up to 50 mile radius – download our printable map. Our normal operating hours are shown below. Evening and weekend appointments are available by special request:

We service all makes and models including British, Japanese, American and imported vehicles. The same attention is given to a small family saloon as to a executive sports car.
Cool Auto UK is City & Guilds qualified with certification in the safe handling of refrigerants from the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) and is registered with ACRIB (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board).
 Managing Director, Graham Stobbs has a degree in Automotive Engineering and has previously worked in the BTCC and at McLaren Automotive.
His role as Quality Engineer on the Mercedes SLR McLaren proved his own attention to detail and right first time attitude in a low volume sport car manufacturing environment. These precision skills are maintained in every aspect of Cool Auto UK.
